Hi, So the new roommate that my current roommate and I thought we had nailed down just flaked and it is already August 26th. We have the best room ever available for rent starting September 1st or 15th or so.

Here is the deal - a mere $925 a month buys you a huge, 250 square foot master bedroom with two windows and two closets overlooking our private patio with a garden that only our apartment has access to where we grow vegetables, herbs and flowers aplenty.

The apartment is a duplex, the top two floors of a three-story house, it has two bathrooms, a million closets, a big living room and dining room.

For that low price I will also throw in myself and Antonia, the two best roommates money can buy, seriously.

The building is located on S.4th right off of bedford - it is 10 minutes to the Bedford L and 8 minutes to the JMZ at Marcy.

We are looking for someone employed or in grad school, financially solvent, busy, clean enough, not pathological. We would prefer a woman. Sorry, we aren't allowed to have pets.
