1) Production Manager | KidRobot 1) Kidrobot is seeking a Production Manager in its New York Office. Candidates with experience in production management or toy design and manufacturing are preferred. The ideal candidate will have highly developed organizational abilities, a strong work ethic, and a curious mind. A comprehensive working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required. The ability to juggle many tasks at once and maintain a system that tracks production progress is a must. Written and oral communications skills are needed in order to manage personnel locally and abroad in our factories in China. This person will be needed to learn the current production projects and procedures quickly and be able to adjust and expand the department as the company grows. The production manager is responsible for tracking production, scheduling, and costs of all products as well as coordinating the international shipping of final products. One must be able to organize and facilitate communications between all factories, domestic and abroad, as well as other departments within the company and artists from around the world.
